Anyway, I have listed all the ingredients you will be needing and the easy steps you should follow to guide you to perfection. I hope you all like it. Have a great day everyone!
INGREDIENTS
8 total chicken thighs and legs
2 eggs
4 cups buttermilk
3 cups Kentucky kernel seasoned flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 regular size bottle of veggie oil
a deep skillet (an iron skillet is preferred or a fry daddy works too!)
How to make Man Catching Fried Chicken
Step 1: Wash the chicken and dry using paper towels then set aside.
Step 2: Crack the eggs and put them in a large bowl. Beat until creamy.
Step 3: Pour the buttermilk and eggs into a 9×13 glass baking dish. Stir until well-mixed.
Step 4: Add in the chicken into the baking dish and allow it to marinate for 1 hour or more. (I usually marinate it overnight and place it inside the fridge for the chicken to incorporate all the ingredients.)
Step 5: Combine the 1 TBL of baking powder and seasoned flour. Whisk until well-mixed.
Step 6: Place a skillet or a fryer on the stove and add enough oil to fry the chicken.
Step 7: Coat the chickens with the flour mixture.
Step 8: When the oil is hot enough, add in the chickens, and remember not to overcrowd them.
Step 9: Fry for 7 to 8 minutes on each side or until the color turns golden brown.
Step 10: Place on a clean plate with paper towels to drain the excess oil.
Step 11: Serve and enjoy!
