My favorite brunch menu! Chessy ham and hash brown casserole is an all in one breakfast or brunch for all ages. Easy to make and efficient if you have leftover ham and hash browns. This is hands down one of the remarkable brunch I love. And this casserole can feed the crowd! Bring this to a potluck and overwhelm yourself with praises. A delicious casserole that requires only six simple ingredients; hash brown potatoes, ham, cream of potato soup, sour cream, cheddar, and parmesan. Great flavor, loaded with cheese, and super delicious!
You can even make it the night before. Which is super great especially during the weekend, when you don’t need to hustle to work. My kind of thing! A wake-me-up late breakfast and no-fuss dish that you can gobble any time of the day. I always add in a bit of red bell pepper for color and sprinkle a good amount of bacon crumbs on top. Yum! This dish is a winner. A crowd-pleaser. Make sure to add this to your treasure trove of recipes. Enjoy the rest of the day!
