And I love the variety as well, which you can put less onion and place some chopped apples instead. A healthy way to enjoy your meal. This has become my family’s breakfast. I served it with bacon, some jam, and homemade applesauce sometimes sour cream. Or sprinkle them with some sugar. Either way, they are great!
A traditional german pancake that is better than any pancakes there is. Great for breakfast. lunch, or supper! Even as a snack. My kids are obsessed, they eat them any time of the day. And they are great with applesauce or sour cream. My friends came over last weekend and I prepared these pancakes for them, instead of the usual and they loved it! It was like we were kids all over again. But hey, these luscious potatoes are for all ages! My friends loved it so much, they asked me for the recipe. They called me the day after and I was so thrilled because their kids loved it too! Try it and I am sure you’ll never go back to your ordinary pancakes.
