This is funny but yum! Biscuits swimming in butter? Mine please! I remembered Julia Child’s famous line, “With enough butter, anything is good.”, this is so true. Everyone loves butter, or use butter in any way possible. I must admit, I find ways (always) to put a bit or too much butter in everything! It is funny, yes, but it is true. Even my husband says I am crazy over butter. A bit exaggerated but hey I love butter! The reason why I love Butter Swim Biscuits. It’s like love at first bite. A friend gave me these lovely biscuits a few years back and I tripped at how the biscuits were drenched in butter. I told myself that I gotta have the recipe. To make the story short, I have been making these delicious butter swim biscuits since. These biscuits are seriously the greatest thing ever! A no-knead, no-yeast, and no-roll biscuits but the result is surprisingly good! A no-fuss, just put in a pan recipe that will make you crazy over butter!
