Ingredients
12 large eggs
1/2 cup milk (I used skim)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
8 ounces ham steak cubed
2 green onions sliced thin
How to make Ham and Cheese Egg Muffins
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Use a cooking spray to heavily grease a muffin tin and set aside.
Step 3: Add the eggs, milk, and spices in a large bowl. Whisk until incorporated.
Step 4: Add in and stir half a cup of shredded cheddar cheese, ham, and green onions.
Step 5: Fill each prepared muffin cup with the mixture and sprinkly individually with the rest of the cheese.
Step 6: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until the eggs recede from the sides of the muffin tin and set in the middle.
