Crisp, dainty, buttery, and delicious Oatmeal Lace Cookies – seriously addicting and extraordinary! Might not look like your regular cookies but these taste better than any store-bought treats. Super thin like a lace, outrageously crispy, super buttery, and grand! The taste reminds me more of sweet brown butter and caramel. My kids favourite and their friends most requested. I have been obsessed with these pretties a long time and I plan on keeping them forever! Made with a few simple pantry ingredients, these very thin cookies only take less than 20 minutes to make. We love to sandwich them with a small amount of chocolate for a decadent treat that never fails to impress the crowd.
