Amazing Restaurant-Style Fried Rice

This is better than taking out! Restaurant-style fried rice that you can make any time at home! Pretty straightforward, super simple ingredients, and ready in less than an hour. This is an excellent way to use up leftovers. Easy on the wallet and sure to impress anyone!

I hate leftovers! For me, it is a waste of money. The reason why I love recipes like this because I can get away with leftovers. This Amazing Restaurant-Style Fried Rice is a sure hit and to keep!

Ingredients

2 cups enriched white rice
4 cups of water
⅔ cup chopped baby carrots
½ cup of frozen green peas
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 large eggs eggs
3 tablespoons soy sauce to taste
2 tablespoons sesame oil, to taste

How to make Restaurant-Style Fried Rice

Step 1: Ready the rice. Wash and rinse it 3 times.

Step 2: Place the washed rice into the saucepan and pour enough water to cover it. Bring this to a boil over low heat for about 20 minutes.

Step 3: Bring to a boil another saucepan filled with water. Once boiling, add in the carrots and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes. Add the peas, remove the pan from the heat, and drain. Set aside.

Step 4: Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add and stir the carrots and peas for about 30 seconds.

Step 5: Add in eggs and beat fast to scramble.

Step 6: Add the cooked rice into the wok and toss to coat.

Step 7: Drizzle with sesame oil and serve. Enjoy!
