Apple Pecan Cake With Caramel Glaze

An absolutely delicious cake that’s creamy, soft, and one of a kind. This is a no-fuss cake that deserves a 5-star rating. An amazing apple pecan cake with a delightful caramel glaze. It has a moist cake and a wonderful flavor that you’ll never forget. One bite and you’ll be asking more. Give it a try, I’m sure this will become your family’s favorite. Ingredients

1 1/2 cups of cooking oil

2 cups sugar

4 eggs

3 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons vanilla

3 1/2 cups Granny Smith’s apples (approximately 3 to 4 apples), peeled and chopped

1 cup chopped pecan

Caramel Glaze

3/4 cups butter (1 1/2 sticks)

1 cup light brown sugar

1/4 cups milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

How to make Apple Pecan Cake With Caramel Glaze

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 325 degrees.

Step 2: Combine oil, sugar, and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Then, whisk in the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until incorporated.

Step 3: Add in the vanilla, and mix thoroughly. And stir in the pecans and apples

Step 4: Evenly pours in a greased and floured tube pan. You can use 2 loaf pans, too.

Step 5: Place in the preheated oven and bake for an hour. In 50 minutes, check using a toothpick, when it comes out clean the cake is done. Same if you are using loaf pans.

To make the glaze

Step 6: Melt butter in a small pan over low heat. Mix in the brown sugar and milk. Then, bring to a boil. When it has simmered lower the heat while stirring constantly.

Step 7: Let it boil for 10 minutes while continuously stirring.

Step 8: Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla. Let it cool before pouring on top of the cake. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
