Auntie Midge’s Hawaiian Salad

It’s a perfect crowd salad, every bite explodes with the taste of the island, and you’re going to go over this recipe.

Ingredients:

1 (30 oz) can fruit cocktail, drained thoroughly
1 (20 oz) can of drained pineapple chunks
1 (8 oz) can of drained mandarin oranges
1 (10.5 oz) package miniature marshmallows
1 (24 oz) container sour cream

Directions:

1. In a big bowl, mix fruit cocktail, pineapple, mandarin oranges, and marshmallows; add sour cream and swirl to coat the fruit in full.

2. Refrigerate 4 hours until overnight.

Tip:

1. Drain fruit in a colander for several hours before mixing with the marshmallows.
