I love spaghetti, do you? Well, if you ask me, everyone loves a nice tasting spaghetti. Did I mention that this recipe is baked to perfection? No? Well, yeah it is! Oh, man, once you get a bite of it, you would wish that your mom cooked spaghetti this way. A big thanks to my sister, Tanya, for giving me this recipe. I love it so much that this was probably my 10th time making it this past two weeks. By the way, be very generous with the amount of cheese that you are going to add. Just do it and thank me later!
12 oz spaghetti
1 jar(s) prepared spaghetti sauce (24 oz)
1 lb ground beef, lean
1/2 c diced green pepper
1/2 c diced onions
1/2 c grated carrots
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 clove garlic, minced
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c Parmesan cheese, grated
1 c Mozzarella cheese, shredded
HOW TO MAKE BAKED CREAM CHEESE SPAGHETTI
Step 1: Bring salted water to a boil.
Step 2: Cook spaghetti noodles until al dente.
Step 3: Drain noodles and pour cream cheese over it. Toss until mixed.
Step 4: Cook the ground beef, grated carrots, onions, green peppers, and garlic over medium heat until done.
Step 5: Season with Italian seasoning to taste.
Step 6: Pour in the spaghetti sauce and mix.
Step 7: Grease a 9×13-inch Pyrex.
Step 8: Add a small amount of hamburger mixture on the bottom.
Step 9: Place the spaghetti on top of the sauce and spread the rest of the hamburger mixture.
Step 10: Spread Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on top.
Step 11: Bake inside the oven at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
Step 12: Allow it to cool at room temperature.
Step 13: Enjoy!
