Ingredients

4 boneless pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
1 tbsp olive oil
1 c Parmesan cheese
1 c Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder

How to make Baked Parmesan Pork Chops

Step 1: Combine the Parmesan cheese, Italian bread crumbs, pepper, and garlic powder on a clean plate until incorporated.

Step 2: Apply olive oil on the entire pork chops and coat them well with seasoning.

Step 3: Use cooking spray to grease a baking pan or a tin foil to line your pan before adding in the pork chops.

Step 4: Bake in the oven for about 40 to 45 minutes at 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F or until fork-tender.

Step 5: Once done, remove from the oven and serve warm. Enjoy!
