INGREDIENTS
2 bananas
1 (3 oz) package of banana instant pudding
1 cup of water
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
¼ cup oil
½ cup finely chopped pecans
How to make Banana Creme Bundt Cake
Step 1: Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl.
Step 2: Add in the pudding, water, cake mix, eggs, and oil. Use a mixer to mix the ingredients for 2 minutes at medium speed.
Step 3: Mix in the chopped pecans.
Step 4: Then pour the mixture into a greased and floured bundt pan.
Step 5: Place inside the oven and bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
Step 6: Once done, remove from the oven and let the cake cool in the pan.
Step 7: Transfer the cooled cake in a serving plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve and enjoy!
