How to make Baron’s Blackberry Cobbler

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Use cooking spray to grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

Step 3: Combine half a cup of sugar and cornstarch in a small mixing bowl until incorporated.

Step 4: Add the blackberries to a different mixing bowl and drizzle 1/4 cup of melted butter over. Sprinkle over the cornstarch and mix well to coat the blackberries.

Step 5: Into the prepared baking dish, arrange the coated berries.

Step 6: Mix 1 1/2 cup of sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt in a small mixing bowl until incorporated. Pour in the milk and add in 1/4 cup melted butter and vanilla extract. Whisk until no to little lumps. Add this to the berries.

Step 7: Bake in the preheated oven for about 55 minutes to an hour or until the crust is golden and the berries are soft and tender.

Step 8: Once done, allow the cobbler to cool on a wire rack at room temperature before serving. Enjoy!
