I know when I first stumbled upon this recipe that I will love this! It is different from anything I’ve tried before. First, because it said beer bread and cheese, and that’s it! Anything with bacon, jalapeno, cheese, and butter, I am so in! I promise this is delicious! Try something new once in a while, and you’ll be surprised. This no-fuss recipe will impress you. Trust me, I know.

3 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoons sugar
6 slices crispy cooked bacon coarsely chopped
3 tablespoons jalapeno pepper finely minced
2 1/4 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 beer (12 ounces)
3 tablespoons butter melted

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Use cooking spray to grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

Step 3: Mix the baking powder, cumin, garlic powder, jalapeno pepper, cheddar cheese, bacon, and salt in a large mixing bowl until combined before pouring in the beer. Stir again until incorporated.

Step 4: Add and spread the mixture on the bottom of the prepared loaf pan. Top with melted butter.

Step 5: Bake in the preheated oven for about 50 to 60 minutes or until brown.

Step 6: Once done, remove the loaf from the oven and sit on a wire rack.

Step 7: Take the loaf out of the pan and let it cool for at least 20 minutes at room temperature before slicing into small pieces.
