Best Blueberry Pound Cake

This awesome cake is the best Blueberry cake I have ever tasted! Aside from the amazing taste, it is also really easy to make. I have provided all the ingredients and steps that you need to follow. Oh boy, you are in for a treat. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup butter
3 eggs
3-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
4 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup milk

How to make Best Blueberry Pound Cake

Step 1: In a small mixing bowl, add in the eggs and butter. Whisk until creamy and well-mixed.

Step 2: Let it at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Step 3: Apply cooking spray in a 10-inch tube pan then set it aside.

Step 4: Add in the baking powder, salt, and flour in a large bowl. Whisk until well-mixed.

Step 5: In a separate larger mixing bowl, add in the butter and sugar. Beat using an electric mixer at a speed of medium until well-mixed.

Step 6: Add in the eggs and beat them continuously.

Step 7: Add the blueberries into the flour mixture and stir until well-mixed.

Step 8: Transfer the blueberry mixture into the butter mixture and beat using your hand.

Step 9: Pour the milk and stir until well-blended.

Step 10: Transfer the batter into the greased pan.

Step 11: Place the pan inside the preheated oven and bake for 60 to 75 minutes at 325 degrees F or until the toothpick comes out clean after inserting in the middle of the cake.

Step 12: Remove the pan from the oven and let it sit on a wire rack to cool to room temperature for at least 15 minutes.

Step 13: Use a spatula to loosen the sides of the cake.

Step 14: Remove the cake from the pan and transfer into a serving platter then allow it to cool completely.

Step 15: Serve and enjoy!

Note: You can add a squeeze of lemon zest for that extra citrus flavor. Try adding a little amount of white chocolate chips for presentation.
