Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup

I gained a lot of weight during this lockdown that is why I am very motivated to lose weight when this is all over. I tried looking for fat-burning soup recipes online and nothing seemed to have my appetite going so what I did was I kind of modified some recipes and I put my taste to it. I added some ingredients that I know you are going to like. I added tomato sauce to make it more appealing to the eyes. You know what they say, you eat not only with your mouth but with your eyes as well!

The taste is incredibly amazing too. I kind of feel my fats being burned bit by bit. That may be a bit of an exaggeration but you would know what I am talking about once you eat a spoonful of this awesome soup. Try giving it your take, that is highly recommended. It is nice to eat something that you would enjoy and would have a benefit rather than forcing yourself to eat something that would only give you frustration. 5 carrots, chopped
3 onions, chopped
2 (16 ounces) cans whole peeled tomatoes, with liquid
1 large head cabbage, chopped
1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
1 (15 ounces) can cut green beans, drained
2 quarts tomato juice
2 green bell peppers, diced
10 stalks celery, chopped
1 (14 ounces) can of beef broth

How to make Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup

Step 1. In a large bowl, put the chopped tomatoes, celery, green beans, peppers, onions, and carrots.

Step 2. In the same bowl, pour the tomato juice, beef broth, onion mix, and water to submerge all the vegetables.

Step 3. Cook and simmer until all the vegetables appear tender and ready to eat. Enjoy!

Side Note: The shelf life may last for a couple of days when refrigerated.
