Ah, cheeseburger, it’s perfect for picky eaters and all ages. I have never known anyone that hates cheeseburger. I think it is one of those dishes that will never get old. Whenever or wherever you might be, I am sure that cheeseburger is always on your list. I have found this recipe not long ago and the first time that I made it, it got a crazy 5 star rating (almost a round of applause. LOL). It’s loaded with beef, it’s gooey, flavorful, delicious, quick to prepare, and a pretty easy meal to make that the whole family will love and enjoy. I will be making this again soon.
INGREDIENTS
1 lb lean ground beef
1 large onion; chopped
1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 dash Worcester sauce
1 cup of cheddar cheese; shredded
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of Original Bisquick mix
How to make Cheeseburger in Paradise
Step 1: Prepare the oven by preheating it to 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Grease a 9-inch pie plate with a non-stick cooking spray.
Step 3: Put the beef and chopped onion in a skillet and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until the beef is brown. Drain any excess fat.
Step 4: Sprinkle in some salt, garlic powder, and stir in the Worcester sauce.
Step 5: Pour the mixture into the greased pie plate and spread evenly.
Step 6: Sprinkle generously the shredded cheese over the top of the beef.
Step 7: Whisk the milk, eggs, and Bisquick in a small bowl. Mix well until incorporated (make sure to leave no lumps as much as you can).
Step 8: Then, pour it over the meat mixture.
Step 9: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes. It’s done when the knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Serve and enjoy!
Tip:
Instead of using 1 cup cheddar cheese, you can just use 3/4 cheddar and 1/4 mozzarella (if desired).
