Garlic in biscuits is just simply the best. WIth nice and hot coffee? It is perfect! I learned about this recipe through my cousin. She has a pastry shop back home and this is one of her best sellers! It’s kind of a family tradition but I wasn’t really into baking until the lockdown. I figured I needed something to do to be productive instead of not doing anything all day. I was so surprised how easy it was to make such an amazing treat! Now, not a day goes by that I don’t make these amazing little treats. If you want to taste perfection, I advise you to just simply follow these steps and I am 100 percent sure that you will achieve it! Time to go to the kitchen then. Good luck and have fun!

2 cups baking mix (like Bisquick)
1 cup finely shredded Colby jack cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, a pinch more for the butter
1/2 to 3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 teaspoon dried chives

Step 1: In a mixing bowl, add cheese, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, and baking mix. Mix until well-combined.

Step 2: Pour the milk gradually and stir until it becomes a soft dough.

Step 3: Apply cooking spray into an ice cream scoop.

Step 4: Spray cooking spray into a baking sheet.

Step 5: Scoop the dough using the ice cream scoop and place them into the sprayed baking sheet.

Step 6: Press the dough lightly using your slightly wet fingers.

Step 7: Place the baking sheet inside the oven. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Bake until the color turns light brown.

Step 8: Remove the biscuits from the oven and let it sit on a wire rack.

Step 9: In a small bowl, add in garlic powder, butter, and chives. Stir until well-mixed.

Step 10: Use a brush to spread the mixture on top of the biscuits.

Step 11: Serve and enjoy!
