I’m sure the kids will love this yummy and cheesy casserole. It’s super easy and quick to make. It is absolutely perfect for busy weekday dinners or pot luck (just double the recipe so you can accommodate everybody). If you are a fan of celery then you’re gonna love this a lot! The Cream of Celery soup that is used in this casserole is a real game-changer. However, you can choose to use Cream of Chicken or Mushroom soup if that is what you like. And the cheese makes it more delicious than ever! Use any kind of cheese or sharp cheddar, either way, your Chicken Macaroni Casserole is going to be a winner. For a healthy addition, sneak some veggies in it like peas, carrots, or green beans. And this recipe does not require you to buy chicken, you can use any leftover you have in your fridge.
