Chicken Stuffed Baked Avocados

Who loves avocados? Today’s recipe is the next level of this amazing fruit. I recently discovered this incredible dish and I am so glad that I tried it. By the way, if you do not have chicken, crab meat and a spoonful of scallions are also awesome for this recipe! Also, if you love tomatoes and bell peppers, they work for as a substitute for avocados. It just happened that I had a lot of avocados that’s why I used it instead but feel free to use your preferred fruit or vegetable. Anyway, I just love how simple and delicious this is. Anyone can cook this. You just need to follow these steps that I have provided and you are good to go! I hope you all love it. INGREDIENTS

4 avocados, halved and pitted
2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
¼ cup chopped tomatoes
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pinch cayenne pepper
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese, or more to taste

How to make Chicken Stuffed Baked Avocados

Step 1: Ready the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.

Step 2: Slice the avocado in half. Spoon some of the avocado and put it into a medium mixing bowl.

Step 3: Add in cream cheese, chicken, tomatoes, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir until well-mixed.

Step 4: Spoon the mixture and put it in each of the wells of the avocado.

Step 5: Spread plenty of the parmesan cheese on top of each avocado.

Step 6: Place the stuffed avocados into muffin cups to set.

Step 7: Place the avocados inside the preheated oven. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.

Step 8: Remove the avocados from the oven and let sit on a wire rack to cool for at least 5 minutes.

Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
