I’ve been receiving huge compliments from people when I first shared my Chicken Tetrazzini Recipe. It’s one of my family’s favourite pasta dishes with its impressive creamy sauce with loads of flavour. We love it with some cheesy garlic bread, baked asparagus, or even roasted veggies on the side. This also is our go-to for Sunday dinners, even holidays!

Our rotation is never complete without our favourite pasta dishes. It’s a must to serve pasta on Sundays when everyone is just chilling around. From my husband to my youngest, we all agree that noodles with tons of cheese and chicken is simply heaven! You can never go wrong with the simple combination of ingredients (butter, sour cream, cream of chicken, mozzarella cheese) to make this delicious chicken tetrazzini.

Ingredients

16 ounces linguini cooked
1/2 c. butter softened
4 chicken breasts cooked and diced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated
2 c. Mozzarella cheese shredded

HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN TETRAZZINI

Step 1: Following the package directions, cook the noodles. Drain when done and set aside.

Step 2:Place the ½ cup butter, cooked chicken, soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, and chicken broth in a medium bowl. Whisk well before adding the cooked noodles.

Step 3: In a greased 9 x 13-inch pan, pour the noodle mixture and sprinkle the Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese on top.

Step 4: Place in a 350 degrees oven and bake for about 40 to 45 minutes.
