This recipe is very basic, not fussy, and requires only four ingredients to make. Semi-sweet chocolate chips, peanut butter, toffee bits, and chow mein noodles are all pantry ingredients that you can just grab any time to make these perfectly sweet and lovely haystacks. Make a bunch and pack them in cute packaging with a personalized note and give them to friends, colleagues, and loved ones. I am pretty sure that they will love these and will even ask you for the recipe! I have been making this treat for years now, and it gets so much easier over time. Not that it is complicated to make.
