Insanely simple, easy, and quick pasta recipe. One-pot creamy garlic pasta – heavenly and not overwhelming. Garlic and parmesan are my two favourite combos. I think they work well with just about anything! Being this a one-pot dish, it helps the pasta to absorb all the amazing flavours, not to mention the texture that gives this away easily. Perfect to serve to your loved ones for a simple dinner at home, or if you have guests, or with a bottle of wine for an intimate night. The glory of garlic and parmesan and the al dente noodles that are smothered in a flavorful creamy garlic sauce is certainly heaven!

2 teaspoons olive oil
4 garlic clove (blank)s garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons butter
3 cups chicken broth, or more as needed
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
½ pound spaghetti
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
¾ cup heavy cream
1 ½ tablespoons dried parsley

Step 1: Heat the olive oil in a medium pan over medium heat. Saute the garlic for about a minute or two or until aromatic.

Step 2: Stir in the butter until melted before pouring in the chicken broth. To taste, season with salt and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil.

Step 3: Add in and cook the spaghetti for about 12 minutes, stirring often until al dente. If the noodles begin to stick into the pan, add in more chicken broth.

Step 4: Add the cream, Parmesan cheese, and parsley into the pan and stir until incorporated.

Step 5: Once done, serve immediately. Enjoy!
