CREAMY RANCH BEEF AND NOODLES

This is a winner dish with beef and noodles. An amazing weeknight meal that you can throw together in less than fifteen minutes using five ingredients. Try this creamy ranch beef and noodles very soon and I am pretty sure everyone around the table will love every bit of this fantastic dish!

I always enjoy easy and quick meals that I can whip up even on the busiest days. I work full-time, and I admit that I seldom have a chance to cook that is why I meal prep, so I am sure that my family eats sufficiently. But with recipes like this creamy ranch beef and noodles, I can without a fuss set up a meal for my family from scratch. This amazing recipe is a must and forever a keeper. The sour cream mixture adds a perfect zing to this rich ground beef and creamy noodles.

INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb ground beef
12 oz. Wide egg noodles (1 12-oz. Package)
2 tbsp Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker
1/2 c. milk

HOW TO MAKE CREAMY RANCH BEEF AND NOODLES

Step 1: Following the package directions, cook the noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water. When done, drain the noodles and set them aside.

Step 2: Place the sour cream, milk, and seasoning mix in a small bowl. Mix well until combined and set aside.

Step 3: Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the beef to the skillet and cook for approximately 6 to 8 minutes, breaking the meat apart until no longer pink.

Step 4: To the skillet, add the noodles along with the sour cream mixture. Toss to coat the noodles and cook for a few seconds more until warmed through.

Step 5: Remove from the heat when done and serve right away. Enjoy!
