CRUSTLESS CHEESEBURGER QUICHE

Easy and no doubt delicious crustless cheeseburger quiche. My family’s favorite breakfast quiche. A pie-like dish with all the goodness of a cheeseburger! Mouthwatering and super tasty. So good you’ll never turn your back until it’s all gone!

Ingredients

3 thick slices bacon, diced
½ small yellow onion, diced
1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
6 large eggs eggs
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup heavy whipping cream

HOW TO MAKE CRUSTLESS CHEESEBURGER QUICHE

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Cook the bacon and onion in a large skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until brown.

Step 3: Stir in the beef. To taste, season with salt and pepper. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes or until no longer pink.

Step 4: For extra flavors, season with garlic salt and onion powder. Cook for 5 minutes more or until brown. Drain any excess oil.

Step 5: Into a 9-inch pie plate, add and press on the bottom the beef mixture. Sprinkle over 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese.

Step 6: Combine the eggs, heavy cream, and mayonnaise in a medium bowl until incorporated. Pour this over the beef and cheese mixture.

Step 7: Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until cooked through.

Step 8: Sprinkle over the remaining cheddar cheese and continue to bake for 10 minutes more or until the cheese is melted.

Step 9: Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack at room temperature before serving. Enjoy!
