Easy Garlic-Lemon Scallops

by 247tasty

These amazing scallops have been the highlight of my week! I am so glad that my friend introduced me to this awesome recipe! She is a chef by the way so I just ask her for easy recipes that I can manage to cook. She always has a new recipe for me to try. I am not very skillful when it comes to the art of cooking but I try. Last week, we talked for hours and hours then she gave me this recipe. She said it is very simple to make and it is! I love scallops that’s why I was very excited to try this. Imagine the smell of butter and garlic. Can you taste it already? Another thing I love about this recipe is the aroma it will give to your home. Once you start adding the chopped garlic into the melted butter, you will surely fell heaven-like! My advice to you is to make sure not to overcook the garlic. Burnt garlic not only gives a bad smell but it will ruin the taste of the dish. By the way, feel free to add more butter. I only melt 3/4 cup but it is highly recommended that you add about 1 1/2 cups for that more creamy taste. Enjoy!
