EASY GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE COOKIES

Moist and delicious easy German Chocolate Cake Cookies. One of the best cookies I’ve made. Fun and simple to make with rich flavor, soft and chewy to the bite. These are so good it never lasts long. Extremely addicting, super delicious, and a lovely addition to your dessert table. Kids and adults will surely go crazy over these enchanting cookies!

Ingredients

2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch sea salt
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 cup white sugar
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate chunks
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup pecans, chopped

HOW TO MAKE EASY GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE COOKIES

Step 1: Ready the oven. Preheat it to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.

Step 2: Use parchment paper to line a baking sheet.

Step 3: Combine the cocoa powder, baking soda, flour, and salt in a medium mixing bowl until incorporated.

Step 4: Add the eggs, butter, vanilla extract, white sugar, and brown sugar in a different mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer to mix until fluffy.

Step 5: Gradually add the flour mixture into the butter mixture and mix until incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chunks, pecans, and coconut.

Step 6: Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the prepared baking sheet.

Step 7: Bake in the preheated oven for about 8 to 10 minutes.

Step 8: Once done, remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool at room temperature.
