To make these pork chops all you need is a simple spice rub – a mixture of brown sugar, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. The perfect blend of sweet and salty wrapped these lush pork chops like a dream!

2 tsp brown sugar
2 piece pork chops bone-in
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper fresh ground

How to make Easy Oven Baked Pork Chops

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 325 degrees F.

Step 2: Using aluminium foil, line a shallow baking pan and grease with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 3: In a small bowl, place the salt, pepper, and brown sugar. Mix well. Sprinkle this over the pork chops, coating both sides.

Step 4: Into the prepared baking pan, lay the coated pork chops. Place in the middle rack of the oven and bake for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, turn the pork chops on the other side and continue to bake for another 15 minutes.

Step 5: When done, take the pork chops out of the oven and allow them to rest for about 5 minutes.
