This is hands-down the best appetizer/breakfast, the easiest, and quickest. I have no idea that this exists until just months ago. I saw posts on Pinterest about quick and easy meat and cheese recipes and this instantly caught my attention. This recipe met my standards; easy, quick, economical, and hearty. I am obsessed and I have been making these appetizing balls since. A real keeper! Although, I tweaked the recipe I found in the net a bit, thus, the beginning of this Easy Sausage Cheese Balls. With only three ingredients; sausage, cheddar cheese, and baking mix, you’ll be able to make such simple yet irresistible balls of goodness. Once you taste these delicious balls, you’ll never stop!

INGREDIENTS

1 pound sausage
4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
3 cups baking mix

How to make Easy Sausage Cheese Balls

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F or 200 degrees C.

Step 2: Combine the sausage, cheese, and dry baking mix in a medium bowl. Mix until well combined.

Step 3: Makes walnut-sized balls using with the dough and place them on a foil-lined cookie sheet.

Step 4: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for approximately 12 to 15 minutes.

step 5: Once done, remove from the oven and serve immediately. Enjoy!
