This hamburger casserole is my favourite comfort food. It’s made with simple and readily available ingredients. It’s very cosy, and anyone can whip this up easily in just under forty minutes. Insanely delicious and will surely become your top favorite!

We all want easy and quick recipes we can throw together at any time. I have a long list of my favorites and go-to. I can tell you, this hamburger casserole is a must-try and a keeper. I have been making this for years, and my family loves every inch of this scrumptious casserole! I have shared this simple recipe with lots of my friends and colleagues. And they all love it!

Casseroles have been my go-to for anything! And this hamburger casserole always steals the spotlight. It’s a family-approved meal that everyone should include in their weekly rotation.

INGREDIENTS

1 onion, chopped
1 pound of ground beef
1 can of tomato soup
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
Grated cheddar cheese enough to cover the casserole
1 1/2 cups macaroni noodles, cooked and drained

HOW TO MAKE HAMBURGER CASSEROLE

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Following the package directions, cook the macaroni noodles until al dente.

Step 3: Cook the ground beef with onion until the meat is no longer pink. Then, add the chili powder. To taste, season with salt and pepper.

Step 4: Combine the cream of mushroom soup and tomato soup. Pour this over the cooked hamburger, then add the drained macaroni. Mix well until incorporated.

Step 5: In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, pour the mixture. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 35 to 45 minutes. In the last 15 minutes of baking, cover the baking dish with foil.

Step 6: Remove from the oven when done and serve the casserole immediately. Enjoy!
