1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups heavy cream

How to make Heavenly Strawberry Cream Cheese Clouds

Step 1: Bake the frozen pastry shells according to the package direction and reserve to tops for garnish.

Step 2: Slice the strawberries into medium-thin lengthwise. Put the strawberry slices into a medium mixing bowl and sprinkle over a tbsp sugar. Chill.

Step 3: Combine the vanilla, half cup sugar, and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.

Step 4: Add the whipped cream in a different large mixing bowl and whisk for about 3 minutes or until stiff peaks form.

Step 5: Add the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Mix until incorporated and chill.

Step 6: Grab the pastry and fill each with the cream cheese mixture. Do this for the remaining ingredients.

Step 7: Top each filled pastry with strawberries and serve. Enjoy!
