This dish is one of my favourites mainly because I love spice and this is super easy to come together. Insanely delicious, mouthwatering one-pot dish. A perfect bowl of warm, fragrant, and hot chilli that will leave you craving for more.

A homemade dish that has lots of health benefits. I guess we are all aware that beans are high in folate, iron, fibre, magnesium and zinc which are necessary for high energy levels. And to help with muscle growth, beans are high in protein and amino acids, too. So not only that this homemade chilli with mixed beans scrumptious but it’s a whole lot more! Every bite is a burst of amazing flavours!

Made with a few ingredients, mostly canned, this screaming with amazing flavours and texture dish is ready in under thirty minutes! Excellent to share with the company and to serve during cold and busy nights. You can adjust the heat according to your liking. Either way, this surely will leave you full and satisfied. Worth the try and seriously a keeper!

Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
4 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
1 (14 oz) can(s) stewed tomatoes
1 (14 oz) can(s) ranch style beans
1 (14 oz) can(s) pinto beans
1 (14 oz) can(s) kidney beans
1 (10 oz) can(s) Rotel diced tomatoes
1 pkg mild chilli seasoning
2 lbs ground chuck

How to make Homemade Chili with Mixed Beans

Step 1: Cook the ground beef in a large pot until brown. Drain any excess fat.

Step 2: Add in the canned goods, pour in the tomato juice and add in the onions, bell pepper, and chilli seasoning.

Step 3: Cook until the onions and peppers are tender.

Step 4: Once done, serve immediately. Enjoy!
