½ cup ketchup
(2 ⅔) tbsp honey
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
(2) cloves garlic, crushed
(6) (4 oz) (1-inch thick) pork chops


1. Preheat the grill for medium heat and oil the grate lightly.

2. In a bowl, whisk ketchup, honey, soy sauce, and garlic to make a glaze.

3. In the preheated grill, sear the pork chops on both sides. Brush lightly the glaze onto each side of the chips as they cook, grill until no longer pink in the center for 7 to 9 minutes per side. Use an instant-read thermometer to check if the chops are cook, and it should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
