Juicy Garlic Butter Steak Bites that just melts in your mouth. One of my favourite dishes that never gets old. Outrageously delicious, juicy bites with mouthwatering butter garlic marinade. Why I love this so much is because it is loaded with protein and it goes alongside anything. My go-to is mashed potatoes, corn, broccoli, mac and cheese, and any roasted veggies. And these are excellent to serve for an intimate date night at home with a bottle of wine.
For this recipe, you want to make sure to use only high-quality sirloin because it makes a world difference, but ribeye works perfectly, too. I love these as is, I just stick toothpicks in them and they are gone in a heartbeat! Or you can add onions, peppers, or mushrooms to them. Either way, these are impressively delicious! A must-have and of course, a real keeper!
Ingredients
2 pounds sirloin steak, Ribeye or porterhouse- cut into bite-size cubes
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 c beef broth
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
5 tbsp butter
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
How to make Juicy Garlic Butter Steak Bites
Step 1: Heat oil in a large semi-deep skillet over high heat.
Step 2: Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and brown sugar the cubes of steak.
Step 3: Once the oil is very hot, drop the cubes in a single layer and cook for around 3 minutes. Stirring while you cook.
Step 4: Once done, remove from the skillet and cook the rest of the cubes in batches.
