No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Cookie Lasagna

by 247tasty

It is not a surprise that no-baked desserts rule the internet. I mean, they are super easy to make and are equally great if not better than baked treats. I had my very first no-baked dessert a while back and I instantly fell in love with it. Another amazing development that is practical and for everybody. You don’t need to be a pro to make it and less heartache because admit it the baked treats normally end up meh. I already have a lot of no-bake recipes in my pocket and one of the best I ever have is this Cherry Cheesecake Cookie Lasagna. It is a summer dessert that you can enjoy all year! It is so good it’ll leave you salivating. It is a lasagna dessert with wafer crust, amazing cream cheese filling, and gorgeous cherry pie filling. This dessert is something you can boast to your friends and family. A no-fuss, quick, and insanely delicious dessert that hits the sweet spot.

INGREDIENTS

5 mini bags Nilla Wafer Minis-or use regular-sized Nilla Wafers
8 ounces soft cream cheese
⅓ cup of sugar
8-ounce tub cool whip
½ cup cherry preserves
1 can cherry pie filling

How to make No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Cookie Lasagna

Step 1: Line the Nilla Wafers across the bottom of a loaf pan.

Step 2: Use a mixer to beat the cream cheese and sugar. Once smooth, beat in the cool whip.

Step 3: Then, gently spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the cookies.

Step 4: You may want to stir the preserves to loosen them before putting a dollop over the cheesecake mixture and spreading them gently.

Step 5: Place another layer of Nilla Wafers over the cheesecake mix.

Step 6: And pour over the Cherry Pie filling.

Step 7: Place inside the fridge to chill and set overnight.

Step 8: When ready to serve, remove from the fridge, and serve with some whipped cream. Enjoy!
