No Bake Oatmeal Fudge Cookies

This is another no-bake recipe that I have been enjoying. One of the many that I am keeping under my sleeves. These delicious little elves will satisfy your sweet cravings. Perfect and super easy to make. No need to bake, just combine the ingredients, drop spoonfuls onto wax papers and cool for at least two hours. Easy peasy, right? With only a few simple ingredients; oats, chopped nuts, butter, sugar, evaporated milk, and cocoa powder, you can be able to make such amazing cookies that hit the sweet spot. No-fuss yet deliciously sweet and satisfying. Leave the oven off and try this no-bake Oatmeal Fudge Cookies. It is fun to make, even the kids can help. An easy treat that will not just satisfy your sweet tooth but great as gifts, too! I have so much love for no-bakes and this Oatmeal Fudge Cookies is one of my favorite. My kids adored these cookies, they even have separate jars for each of them full of these delicious, sweet cookies. I cannot blame them though, I even have my oatmeal fudge cookies in the office!

Ingredients

3 cups of rolled oats
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
½ cup of butter
2 cups of sugar
½ cup of evaporated milk
½ cup of cocoa powder

How to make No-Bake Oatmeal Fudge Cookies

Step 1: Mix the oats, vanilla, and nuts in a bowl.

Step 2: Bring the sugar, cocoa, and evaporated milk to a boil over medium-low heat. Stir and let it boil for about 2 minutes, then, turn the heat off.

Step 3: Whisk in the butter and melt.

Step 4: Add the oat mixture to the sugar mixture while it is still hot and stir to coat.

Step 5: Drop spoonfuls of the mixture on a wax paper and let them cool for at least two hours. Enjoy!
