If you want something sweet but don’t want to spend so much time and effort, well, this is the perfect recipe. My go-to whenever I want something quick, easy, and sweet. I have been hoarding no-bake recipes for quite some time now and I can tell you that they are amazing! Super easy to put together even my kids can do it! Just like this recipe for a no-bake coconut praline cookies. With just a few simple ingredients and a little to no effort, you can be able to make these nutty sweets. All you need is sugar, evaporated milk, butter, chopped pecans, and grated coconut. Mix them well and just let it sit until hardened. And wallah! You have yourself some sweet, nutty, perfectly textured, and delicious pralines that you and your family, especially your kids will enjoy! So simple, so easy, and wonderfully textured with a praline-ey, pecan-ey, and coconut-ey taste. What else can you ask for?

INGREDIENTS

2½ cups sugar
½ cup evaporated milk
½ cup of corn syrup
½ cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2-2½ cups chopped pecans
2½ cups grated coconut

How to make No-Bake Pecan Coconut Praline Cookies

Step 1: Set aside the pecans, coconut, and vanilla.

Step 2: In a large saucepan, mix the sugar, evaporated milk, corn syrup, and butter. Then, bring to a roiling boil, for about 3 minutes.

Step 3: Once boiling, remove from the heat and stir in the pecans, coconut, and vanilla.

Step 4: Mix for about 4 minutes until incorporated.

Step 5: Place a spoonful of batter on wax paper. Do this for the rest. And let them sit until hardened.

Step 6: Once hardened, remove the praline cookies from the wax paper. Serve and enjoy!
