With only a few simple pantry ingredients, these tasty fries are ready in a breeze! Better than the fried ones, so much better than store-bought, and gives you ultimate comfort. These are worth losing your mind a little bit. Make sure to make a bunch. You don’t want the kids fighting over that last precious piece. If you are tired of the usual potato fries, this recipe is worth your time. Not fussy, pretty straightforward, and comes out perfect always!

Ingredients

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
2 medium (2-1/4″ to 3″ dia, raw) s russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into eighths

HOW TO MAKE OVEN FRESH SEASONED POTATO WEDGES

Step 1: Ready the oven. Preheat it to 220 degrees C or 425 degrees F.

Step 2: Put the Parmesan cheese, onion powder, olive oil, garlic powder, potatoes, salt, and pepper in a resealable bag. Seal and shake to mix the ingredients.

Step 3: Once well mixed, place the mixture into the prepared baking sheet.

Step 4: Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until the potatoes are soft and tender.

Step 5: When done, remove from the oven and allow to cool at room temperature.
