Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
4 eaches bone-in pork chops
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 (6 ounces) package sliced fresh mushrooms
1 (10.75 ounces) can golden mushroom soup (such as Campbell’s®)
2 tablespoons water

How to make Pork Chops in Mushroom Gravy

Step 1: In a large skillet, heat a tbsp olive oil over medium heat.

Step 2: Rub the pork chops with garlic salt and black pepper.

Step 3: Once the oil is hot, fry the pork chops for about 5 to 8 minutes on each side until browned. When done, remove from the skillet and into a plate.

Step 4: In the same skillet, add a tbsp olive oil and saute the mushrooms for about 5 to 8 minutes or until soft. As you stir, scrape up any browned bits before pouring in the golden mushroom soup and water over the mushrooms in the skillet. Stir well.

Step 5: Add the pork chops back into the pan and spoon over the sauce. Simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes or until the meat is not pink inside and the juices run clear. Note to spoon more sauce over the pork chops while cooking.
