Banana breads are amazing! And this Rich Banana Bread is the best! Golden on the outside, fluffy and moist in the inside. With only a few simple ingredients, including mashed bananas, you’ll get a super moist texture and crazy soft crumb. I sometimes put some chopped walnuts and chocolate chips, but this is optional, only if you’d want to. Because this banana bread is amazingly rich and delicious on its own.
Ever since I was little, I always love banana bread. I’d eat a bunch and I preferred it over any pastry. Until now, I’d chose banana bread. That is why when I learned this recipe I never let it go. Super easy, simple, and quick. And whenever my friends are coming over, this is one of their most requested, which is a yes for me. And I make extra for take out, too. It is my favorite homemade gift that I give to friends during the holiday. I just put these lovely banana breads in a cute box and write a note. Simple, but a personal gift. Oh, you can also slice instead of mashed the bananas to give you a more concentrated taste.
