Sausage and Shrimp Kabobs

2 teaspoons olive oil
12 ounces smoked sausage rope
2 tablespoons Barbecue Seasoning
12 ounces shrimp jumbo, tail-on, peeled and deveined

How to make Sausage and Shrimp Kabobs

Step 1: Prepare the grill and preheat it to 350 degrees F, making sure the grates are clean.

Step 2: Into about 1-inch slices, cut the sausage with the same thickness as the shrimp.

Step 3: Using paper towels, pat dry the shrimps, then place them in a bowl. To the bowl with the shrimp, add the sausage, olive oil, and Barbecue Seasoning. Toss well to mix.

Step 4: In the “C” curve of the shrimp, tuck the sausage slices, then thread them onto the skewers. Place the kabobs on the preheated grill and cook for about 3 minutes over medium-high heat. Turn on the other side and continue to grill until the shrimps are opaque and cooked through.

Step 5: When done, remove from the grill and serve right away. Enjoy!


Do not forget to soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before using them. This will prevent the skewers from catching fire when grilling.
