Ingredients

1 (32 ounces) bag of hash browns, defrosted
14 ounces kielbasa, thawed and cut into small pieces
1 small onion, diced
1/3 c of butter, melted
2 1/2 c shredded cheese (or a mix of Monterey jack and cheddar)
10.5 ounces can cream of chicken
1 c whole milk

How to make Slow Cooker Cheesy Kielbasa Hashbrown Casserole

Step 1: In a greased crockpot, combine the hash browns, kielbasa, onion, and 2 cups of the cheese.

Step 2: Add the cream of chicken, butter, and milk in another bowl. Mix well, then pour over the hash brown mix.

Step 3: On top, sprinkle the rest of the cheese.

Step 4: Set on high and cook for about 3 hours.
