All the ingredients were dumped in our trusty slow cooker (except for the hoagie rolls, of course) and set to cook for a few years. When done, you’ll have a fall-apart tender chicken smothered in the exquisite flavor of all the ingredients combined. Scoop this delicious cream cheese crack chicken up in toasted hoagie rolls, and do not forget to top it with a slice of cheddar and crumbled bacon. No wonder this is always a hit! You can even serve this on mini rolls to make a fantastic appetizer.

This crack chicken is a pretty versatile recipe. You can serve it as a dip with tortilla chips or on a lettuce wrap. But I prefer it more to make the perfect sandwich which my kids love so much! Ingredients

3 chicken breasts
2 (8 ounces) packages of cream cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 slices cheddar cheese
8 hoagie rolls

How to make Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Crack Chicken

Step 1: To a slow cooker, add the chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar cheese, and garlic powder. Put the lid on and set to cook for 3 to 4 hours on high.

Step 2: Meanwhile, toast the hoagie rolls.

Step 3: When done, scoop the chicken to the toasted hoagie rolls, then top with a slice of cheddar and crumbled bacon.
