SLOW COOKER SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

1 package (26-32 ounces) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1 package Jimmy Dean Hearty Original Sausage Crumbles
2 cup (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup julienne-cut sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained
6 green onions, sliced
12 eggs
1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

HOW TO MAKE SLOW COOKER SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Step 1: Grease a 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.

Step 2: Layer half of the potatoes on the bottom of the prepared slow cooker.

Step 3: And top the potatoes with half of the sausage, then, sprinkle over the Parmesan cheese, followed by the sun-dried tomatoes and green onion. Repeat the same layers for the remaining ingredients.

Step 4: In a large bowl, beat with a wire whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until incorporated.

Step 5: Drizzle the egg mixture over the potato-sausage mixture.

Step 6: Cook the casserole on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours or until the eggs are set. This will make 10 serving. Enjoy!
