1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 lbs. of centre-cut boneless pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
garlic powder, or to taste
HOW TO MAKE SUPER-EASY HONEY MUSTARD PORK CHOPS
Step 1: Mix the mustard and honey in a medium mixing bowl until well combined.
Step 2: Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3: Once melted, add the pork chops, sprinkle half of the garlic powder over each chop, and sear for approximately 3 minutes until brown.
Step 4: Turn the chops over and sprinkle the other side with the rest of the garlic powder and cook for 3 minutes more or until brown.
Step 5: Coat the chops on both sides with honey mustard sauce. Turn on the other side and cook for 5 minutes more on each side until thoroughly cooked. Or use an instant-read thermometer to check. It must register 75 degrees C or 165 degrees F.
Step 6: Once done, place the cooked pork chops on a serving plate. Enjoy!
