I am so excited to share this recipe with you today because I know that you are going to love it! This Tiktok Ramen is very popular on the internet. It is very easy to make! I’m pretty sure you already have these ingredients. Just follow these steps and you are good to go!
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Butter
1-2 tablespoons Water
Spring onion
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
85 grams pack of ramen noodles
1 tablespoon Red pepper flakes
1 egg
Directions:
Refer to the directions provided on the package of the ramen noodles on how to cook them. Reduce the cooking time by a minute. Drain and set them aside.
Place a pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium. Add butter and allow it to become hot. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, then saute for about a minute or until aromatic.
Add the soy sauce and brown sugar, then stir until well blended.
Put in the noodles, then toss to coat with the sauce.
Push the noodles to one side of the pan, then pour in the egg. Scramble for a few minutes, then mix it with the noodles. Dish out!
Sprinkle freshly chopped spring onions on top to garnish.
Serve right away. Enjoy!
Notes:
I suggest using butter instead of oil to saute the garlic because it gives more flavor to the dish.
You can use your favorite ramen noodles for this recipe.
You can add more red pepper flakes if you want.
Any type of soy sauce will do for this recipe.
You can add more garlic to this dish if you like.
Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then put them in the fridge. Reheat for a few minutes before eating again.
