A classic that is most loved by everyone! This to die for Fettuccine Alfredo sure has everything we want for in a pasta dish – creamy, rich, and deliciously sinful! Perfect for an intimate date night at home with a bottle of wine or serve to your loved ones during dinner. A simple dish that requires only seven simple ingredients to make and ready in under thirty minutes.
We love anything pasta at home, so I have a list of our favourites. Top of my list is this very recipe. Why we love this so much? Because it is not overwhelming, it’s creamy, rich like how we want our pasta, and it’s very economical and pretty straightforward. This dish is absolutely a keeper and must-have! Every bite is simply heaven!

Ingredients

24 ounces dry fettuccini pasta
1 cup butter
¾ pint heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 dash garlic salt
¾ cup grated Romano cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

HOW TO MAKE FETTUCCINE ALFREDO

Step 1: Bring to a boil a large pot of salted water over high heat. Add and cook the fettuccini for about 8 to 10 minutes or until firm. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Step 2: Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.

Step 3: Saute the garlic salt, pepper, cheese, and salt until the cheese has completely melted and the sauce has thickened.

Step 4: Add the cooked fettuccini into the sauce, stir, and continue to cook, covered.

Step 5: Once done, serve immediately. Enjoy!
