A decadent treat that will sing praises into your taste buds. Get the perfect combination of sweet and sour with this triple-chocolate sour cherry fudge. A fast and easy treat that you can make in a blink! This has all the chocolates you can eat from milk chocolate chips, chocolate hazelnut spread, and semisweet chocolate chips. And with pecans and dried sour cherries, this fudge is a superstar! I cannot remember how many times I brought these bunnies on potlucks and parties and went home with empty plates. Everybody wants a piece and I have to make a bunch cater to everyone! The kids go back and forth until there’s nothing left! There is no doubt that they love these lovelies too much!

1 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons evaporated milk
1/4 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 (12-ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cup dried sour cherries
3/4 cup roughly chopped pecans, toasted

Step 1: Using a foil, line an 8 x 8-inch glass dish and set aside.

Step 2: In a medium pot, put the milk chocolate chips, evaporated milk, chocolate hazelnut spread, vanilla, salt, and semisweet chocolate chips. Cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes while constantly stirring.

Step 3: Then, mix in the cherries and pecans. And pour the mixture into the prepared dish.

Step 4: To remove any air bubbles from the fudge, gently tap the dish on the countertop.

Step 5: Using the back of a spoon, gently smooth out the top. Cover with foil and place inside the fridge to set for about 3 hours.

Step 6: Once set, remove from the fridge and losses the fudge from the dish.

Step 7: Transfer onto a cutting board and uncover. Cut the fudge into pieces with a serrated knife. Serve and enjoy!
